I was born and raised in Barcelona and its metropolitan area. In 1993 I finished my studies in Tourism and I got my guide license. After living for a time in England and acquiring experience in different areas of the tourism sector such as restaurants, hotels, tourist information or assistance to visitors, in 1998, I finally decided to start working as a Tourist Guide enabled in Catalonia.
I love this profession that allows me, not only to show my land and its customs, traditions, history, gastronomy … but also to learn new things every day and to keep in touch with people from all around the world. One of my passions is architecture, ancient or modern, and Barcelona and Catalonia are the ideal place to enjoy it.
I was born in Barcelona and from a young age I decided that to be a tourist guide. In 1993 I finished my studies in Tourism and started working as a guide. First there were excursions throughout the Catalan territory that helped me to get to know my land, shortly after the trips arrived in Spain and Portugal and finally the tours around France and Italy, that let me to improve my level of languages as well as to deepen the culture of both countries.
Then I met Jordi. It’s been 18 years since he convinced me to leave my suitcase for a while and to dedicate myself to teaching my city, Barcelona. I still do it with the same enthusiasm as the first day.
Since its foundation in 2016, we are members of AGUICAT, Association of Licensed Guides by Generalitat of Catalonia for a responsable and quality tourism.
